Curriculum:

Industrial Math: Reading a pick ticket, basic count verification, pallet patterns (Ti-Hi).

TIER 2: The "Operator" Readiness (Standard Forklift)
Designed for Sit-Down Counterbalance (Propane/Electric) – The most common lift.
Price: $650 per Class (5-6 Hours)
Class Size: Max 8 Students (OSHA requires evaluating each operator; keeping it smaller ensures quality).
Curriculum:
All Tier 1 Content PLUS:
Physics of the Lift: Stability Triangle, Load Centers, and "The Fulcrum."
Pre-Shift Inspection: How to actually check a forklift (leaks, tires, forks).
Active Driving: Maneuvering in tight aisles, stacking/unstacking, ramp safety.
Deliverable: Physical Wallet Card (Certification) + Operator Evaluation Sheet for HR files.
TIER 3: The "Specialist" Readiness (Complex Machines)
Designed for High-Risk/Technical Lifts (Stand-Up Reach, Cherry Picker, Turret Truck, Clamp Trucks).
Price: $850 per Class (4-5 Hours)
Class Size: Max 6 Students (These machines are harder to learn and have higher accident risks).
Curriculum:
Advanced Physics: Dealing with extended load centers and height de-rating.
Narrow Aisle Safety: Dead-man pedals, rear-entry safety, and high-rack visibility.
The "Crush" Zone: Specific training on stand-up operator protection.
Deliverable: Specialized Equipment Badge.

B. Class Logistics
Space Requirements: We require a quiet room (Breakroom/Conference room) for the first 90 minutes (Theory) and a dedicated "Training Zone" (Dock/Aisle) for the remaining time (Practical).
Shift Flexibility: We offer 2nd and 3rd Shift Classes. (This is a huge selling point; most safety guys only work 9-5. Factories run 24/7).
C. Liability & Standards
OSHA Compliance: Our curriculum meets or exceeds OSHA Standard 1910.178.
Documentation: We provide digital and physical copies of all test results. If an accident happens 6 months later, the client has proof of training to protect against liability.
